Closed within us

We are human beings and as human beings we have been hurt and behave like a little child.

Have we put on various protective armors that we no longer perceive;

we have acquired characteristics that protect us -
these are called character.

On the outside we live our everyday life in a system that - it seems - gives us trust and the necessary nourishment.

Deeply from our inside we are cut off by these protection or character functions, which basically do not correspond to our being.

We all know the saying "it all lies within us" - but the access to this
but the access to this Everything is mostly closed.

Over time and in the depth of our being we get bit by bit access to the true self that we are. Then we notice how we change.

Basically, nothing changes, we just become what we already are - and that is the path, what it is all about.
